Skywatch Friday

This one doesn't really qualify as a sky shot because you can barely see the sky. But I'm in love with the perspective... and the contrast of blue balloon and blue sky.... and the reflection of the sky in the central air heater!
This is another shot taken from up in the balloon that shows part of Puget Sound and a hint of the lovely clouds just behind that tree...
Here's a much better view of the clouds after we came down from the balloon. It seemed like the sky would never end!

That looks so fun. I really love the middle photo. I doubt I would have the nerve to ride in one, but I heard about a hot air ballon festival near me later this month that has something like 150 ballons that take off at sunset. I might go to take pictures.

The top photo is just lovely, even if I am having a hard time figuring out what I am looking at. Of course, that is part of its beauty, the puzzle of the composition.
Many years ago a friend took my husband and I in a small plane over Puget Sound. Beautiful.
