Skywatch Friday

I know it's summer but I didn't have my camera this week and as I looked through my library of favorite shots, this one called my name!

My husband took this shot during one of our snowy winter days. I've always loved the glimmer of the setting sun behind the trees.

I cannot believe I'm about to say this, but I would rather have this vista right now than the gray-rain-filled one we are living this spring/summer.

This is really a nice shot. I love the contrast between the cold snowy trees and the orange sun burning through.

Not only is the sun beautiful but I just love snow on ever green trees, so neat it's almost like icing.
happy friday!

That is beautiful! I love how the orange glow is seen through those snow covered trees!

Refreshing to see something so wintery when it´s the exact opposite today.

Nice capture. Sure glad it doesn't look like now in Seattle.
