Nothing to see here... move along...

Spent yesterday in my jammie's sleeping. Dizzy. Headache.

Bodes well for the dinner meeting I have to lead tonight.

I hope you feel better soon. For the past few days I can't decide if I have the stomach/headache/dizziness/I'm super hot bug or if menopause is rearing it's ugly head.

I am not one to generally recommend alcohol as a fix, but I recommend Ouzo if you can drink. It's high-octane, tastes like medicine (anise) and will knock you on your kiester so your body can heal itself. Two to three shots, a nice mug of hot tea, and tuck yourself into bed with blankets and a water glass nearby. Then stay there until it's over.
