Over the last few weeks, I've been scanning some of my dad's images from Alaska. Back in the day, Dad had a 35 mm and had all his film developed into slides. I've been scanning four slides at a time and creating quite a library.
This project has brought back some wonderful memories of growing up in Alaska and being more of a tomboy than I remember. However, it's also been a process of seeing Alaska through my dad's eyes, which is priceless.
I'll probably showcase a number of Dad's photos over the next few weeks as I finish the project. They're really quite remarkable.
