Calling Card

Mt Rainier leaves its calling card all over the Puget Sound region. This particular view is one of my favorites...

You see it as you leave the valley where I work and drive up onto "the plateau" where there are a number of little towns... This is the view coming up the crest from the valley.

I always think the mountain is announcing itself...

"Here I am. I am awesome."

And I'm pretty sure I heard, "AG, Where is your camera?"

It's on the seat next to me. I'm ready for you, Bub!

You know I never go anywhere without my little green point and shoot. When I grow up I'm gonna get myself a big girl camera!

I do now! I got a new point and shoot that I keep in my purse now. My SLR is on its way but probably will not cart it around in my purse.

No camera, but I live in pretty flat MI so I don't have much to take pics of. When I'm on vacation I'm picture CRAZY!

Always have my trusty P&S in the purse or pocket .. the big gal only comes out when I go on photo hunts.....otherwise its tooooo much to schlep
