Overload

I have information overload. It's not even about all the celebrity news this week (although I don't want to turn on the TV and hear anymore about icons dying). I even turned off my beloved POTUS [politics of the United States] radio. No more politics this week I think (with their associated posturing and scandals).
What I need is a vacation. I think my battery needs recharged.
Since I can't have one right now, I'm going to remember this vacation. The calmness of this picture always feels good.
How do you recharge?

Good question. I try to hold it together until a certain weekend in July when I know I'll be recharged probably for the rest of the year! VA here we come!!!!
I recharge by spending the day on the boat with books and no cell phone. sOmetimes you just have to turn the world off and just be.
Good luck getting your batteries recharged. I know how you feel. I'm looking forward to Rothbury weekend more than you can imagine.

The calmness of that photo is amazing! I love to recharge at the beach by just sitting and looking at the water or in my back yard with a book!
I can totally immerse myself in this photo...it brings peace and calmness..
I just got back from the pool and that was refreshing...it will have to do!
I hope you can take one soon. I love to recharge by taking a trip and hanging out with my mom's family.

You know if I didn't know better, I would suspect that Michael and Farrah had a death pact. They did just die hours apart. Since Michael was getting lighter and lighter he couldn't have been aiming for Farrah's fair looks. It just goes to show, if you try hard enough you can see conspiracys anywhere. Anyhow, imagining conspiracies always helps me recharge!
I just got home from a solid three days with my babies. Mostly in a car...I'm looking forward to a shower! Three weeks til Blogfest!
