Year End Closure and Disclosure
Thursday, December 31, 2009 at 8:39AM
K3 is doing well this morning. As predicted, the Brute Squad is all over her. Yesterday, even Bad Girl the cat wanted to get in on the cuddling. Yesterday's surgery was just upper implants. The original bone graft is not ready for additional work, which means we're waiting 4 more weeks before pulling the wisdom teeth and doing the next bone graft. So this was really an easy surgery compared to what we were anticipating.
Two more things before I close out this year...
Number one...

There was much discussion about what the Brute Squad was looking at/thinking in this photo. There was even an accusation of dangling bacon (mmm.... bacon!). I've decided to reveal the truth...

They were looking at Ben!
Secondly, I want to express my thanks to a lovely and talented group of ladies that have made a difference in my life this year.... The Blisters. Y'all have made me laugh uncontrollably, write songs I didn't know I had in me, well up when I least expected it and been there for me when I most needed it. I feel very fortunate to have had my life so enriched by meeting y'all this year!
On that note...
Best wishes to all my friends and family... wishing you a wonderful new year from the Asthmagirl family to yours!
AG out!
PS ~ Ben and his family send their best as well...
best wishes,

Happy New Year, AG and family! You're a lovely bunch of coconuts!
And the very same right back to you! We are having a mini reunion here in February...wanna come for a visit?
AG, wishing you and your precious family all the best. Thanks for sharing them. I do hope our paths cross again and we can have another beer together. Happy New Year my friend.
<><
Happy New Year to you too my friend!
Hey, wait a minute! That's the same surgery I'm looking at, as opposed to getting false teeth, which will be sometime in 2010, I'm afraid.
You have a wonderful family & friends to be thankful for this year, as do I. Still, I hope you have a much happier year in 2010.
Happy New Year Diane!
Give K3 & the Brute Squad big hugs & kisses for me...
Oh that is the best family portrait .. it speaks volumes .. Blisters rock xo
No bacon, huh? Oh well, thought it was a good choice!
Happy New Year!!!
What a fantabulous family you have, up to and including the Brute Squad. So glad to hear yesterday's surgery went OK.
Of course you know, you're not only bringing THAT ANGEL BEN to Blog Fest but you're shipping the dogs here too. They can have all the bacon they want. Love them!
p.s. You can take Buddy in exchange for all your dogs, even though I love Buddy, but still, just sayin'. The offer stands.
Happy New Year!
Wishing you and your family all the best in health, happiness and a splash of wealth in the New Year. I hope to see you at Blog Fest '10.
oh....just don't get any better at Bejeweled Blitz! :)
* smiling wide* here in Maryland. I never liked the name Blisters but we're bloggers and sisters and unless there's another way to blend those two words, I am stuck with it. Cheers to you, my friend. I'd tip a hard cider to you if I had one.
Happy New Year! So glad she is doing well. What a trooper. xoxo
Hey there my blister! What wonderful photos - the last one is just heart-string tugging.
As always, (though I know I've not been around all to often of late, and not because I don't want to, dammit!), your fellow blister - aren't we one lucky group of gals that spent such a magical time together?? xoabb
