Lazy Girl Dinner

What to eat first...

Did you ever have one of those dinners where everything on your plate was calling out to be eaten first?! With The Old Goat at work and no one to please but ourselves, K3 and I decided to go all out and spoil ourselves tonight....

After much discussion, here's the menu K3 and I whipped up for dinner...

Our favorite Ballpark "lite" hot dog, grilled of course! Asthmagirl's famous tarragon potato salad! And fresh fruits and berries drizzled with fat free vanilla yogurt!

It's almost healthy! And it sure beats the heck out of canned soup!

I had a bacon cheese burger and french fries. I think you beat me in the healthy department! It is the first unhealthy meal I have had in a long time due to my stomach. My digestive system didn't care for the dinner last night ;0)

This week we had hot dogs too, which is unhealthy, BUT, I paired it with fresh cantaloupe and carrot sticks, which redeemed it some what. I am having trouble with meals as we are out at games 4 nights a week from 5-8:30. *sigh* Only a few more weeks left, though!

We made dinner on the fly last night too! I cooked some rice, roasted some asparagus in olive oil and a herb seasoned salt and Scott grilled some chicken breasts on the BBQ with Trader Joes BBQ sauce that we love. It has just the right amount of sass!

Delicious dinner. It would have perfect if instead of the rice we had some of your potato salad!

I'm still getting used to navigating your new setup. (I'm slow with some things.)

Is there a recipe here somewhere for your tarragon potato salad? Those are two of my very favorite things!
